CREDIT CONTROLLER – FRENCH
Company: Major IT Player
Salary: €25,000 – 30,000 + benefits
Location: Cork
ROLE:
Responsible for debt collection, research and resolution of customer payment queries and discrepancies.
Follow up outstanding payments with customers over the Telefone.
Have a pleasant and diplomatic manner with customers.
Process customer refund requests due to overpayments or duplicate payments.
Ensure that misapplication of cash is resolved in a timely fashion.
Complete monthly AR reporting schedules as part of monthly financial close package.
Perform all other job related tasks as required.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in French, plus an excellent level of English.
Min of 1-2 years previous Credit Control experience.
Knowledge of Peoplesoft desirable but not essential. Experience of any accounting package an advantage.
Knowledge and use of computer packages (excel, word etc).
Excellent communication skills – telephone, written & in person.
Capable of working to tight deadlines.
Able to prioritise work as needs dictate.
Team player.
