CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT - FINNISH

Salary: €21,000 + excellent benefits + relocation package
Location: Cork
ROLE:
Position holder will primarily be responsible for handling accommodation problems for members during or prior to their vacation.
Resolution of member complaints and queries and administration of compensatory payments where applicable.
Candidates will be expected to work in a self-directed manner but will receive mentor support from Team Leaders and coaches.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle accommodation problems for members (Weeks and Points) during or prior to their vacation.
Inform members of any changes in accommodation arrangements either by phone or letter.
Resolution of Country member complaints/enquiries whether verbal, written or via e-mail relating to all aspects of the Travel, exchange weeks and Point system.
Administration of compensatory payments where applicable.
Handling proof reading of marketing pieces.
Handling Check-in problems when required.
Report activity of the department on a daily and monthly basis.
Operate on a Pan-European basis.
Support of UK Helpdesk/Customer Services in particular may be required depending on business needs.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent Finnish and good command of English.
Experience in Customer Service.
Self-motivation, multi-tasking skills, diplomacy, assertiveness, and tolerance
Ability to work as part of a team.
Attention to detail is a key requirement.
