CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - GERMAN

ROLE:
To liaise with service engineers & customers in connection with call outs and process payments as required.
Handle in-coming calls from service engineers.
Track, Escalate, (as appropriate) and Resolve queries as appropriate.
Process customer payments as required by service engineers.
Enter all pertinent customer information into the database.
Update customer records as required.
Provide feedback on problem status to call centre supervisors.
Display a positive company image at all times
Perform all other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in English and German.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous call center support experience desirable but not essential.
Responsible in regard to attendance and punctuality.
