ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - GERMAN

Salary: €28,000 + excellent benefits + relocation package
Location: Cork

ROLE:

Work with regional planning and local business support to define weekly allocation by customer.
Analyse sales trends to ensure product supply at the right time.
Analyse demand & backlog data in conjunction with credit limits & funding to maximize allocation and deployment of product.
Analyse and monitor current booking trends, seasonal peaks, promotions and incentive programs in order to recommend current and future product deployment.
Share allocation data with the customer and have regular review calls to ensure the customer’s understanding of their weekly supply, product in transit and orders in backlog.
Ensure there is shippable backlog against weekly allocations, work with the customer to address scheduled orders and credit issues for resolution.
Identify root cause and drive corrective action initiatives to ensure delivery performance of 95%+ by line of business on a weekly basis.
Participate in team meetings, weekly customer conference calls & quarterly business reviews with Sales.
Dialogue and negotiate at senior management level with channel customers.
Provide weekly updates to your manager for business review and staff meetings.
Utilise SAP / PS8 / Global T&T, Reseller Store & EDI to proactively communicate order status to customers.
Single key point of contact between Channel partners, Sales & Marketing and Operations. Follow business processes to resolve queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Manage key strategic accounts to ensure that all SLAs, and customer requirements/expectations are met. Customer satisfaction is a key business driver.
Returns management and monitoring. Analyze customers’ RMA requests and ensure proper escalation paths and controls are followed, adhering to company policies and procedures in order to ensure SOX compliance. Interact with our client's Logistics partners and DCs in order to ensure timely booking of stock and credit generation.
Interact with local finance controllers for price overrides, credit/debits as per approval matrixes.

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
Excellent customer interaction skills (telephone /email).
Strong organizational and administration skills.
Good knowledge of SAP.
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Complex problem solving capability.
Ability to challenge, draw conclusions, make decisions and recommendations.
Must be available to work flexible hours during a 7-day-a-week window.
Minimum of 2 years experience and proven ability in an order management, customer service / planning function.
