Responsibilities:
Telephone and email technical support in Danish and English.
Escalate more complex customer queries and product-related issues to the Advanced Support Group
Use own initiative to research technical solutions in client specific information databases, archived mails and the Internet.
Remain courteous and patient with customers at all times.
Be part of a flexible, positive team who enjoy their work.
Qualifications
Personal Requirements:
Good hardware / software skills.
Previous customer / technical support experience
Ability to remain professional, confident and patient at all times.
Self motivated and enthusiastic.
Ability to use initiative within supervisor guidelines
Pleasant, helpful and enthusiastic telephone manner.
Team player.
Interest in technical issues and expanding technical knowledge
Languages: Native Danish speaker with a good command of English
