Good hardware / software skills. Previous customer / technical support experience Ability to remain professional, confident and patient at all times. Self motivated and enthusiastic. Ability to use initiative within supervisor guidelines Pleasant, helpful and enthusiastic telephone manner. Team player. Interest in technical issues and expanding technical knowledge Languages: Native Swedish speaker and a good command of English
