ROLE
To Interact with customers, banks, financial institutions and credit mangers to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments by credit card, wire transfer, cheque, Loan and Leasing.
Analysis of incoming orders for potential fraud risk and identify Fraud trends which involves outbound telephone calls to existing customers. Follow up and resolve chargeback queries.
Processing of customer related queries concerning payments, refunds, VAT related changes, raising credit/debit memos and reconciliation.
Analysis of credit blocked orders to acquire additional/new authorisations on credit cards and follow up on customer underpayments.
Liaison and key support role for Sales, Sales Support, Order Management on daily operational issues, problem escalation and resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant/similar experience is a distinct advantage.
Ability to work in an information sensitive environment.
Team player and ability to work in a changing challenging environment.
Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated and organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to use discretion and work on own initiative.
Very good accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven record of Customer Service Experience.
Experience in Credit Card Management/Verification/Fraud Analysis is a distinct advantage.
