To manage / accelerate growth, our client is looking for an experienced sales executive / director to work within the global sales organization driving SaaS Solutions to OEMs in Europe. The company is located in Würzburg, Germany.
•Build a scalable Sales function based on a strong track record as Account Manager and Sales leader •As Sales employee No. 1, build and develop a strong Sales pipeline delivering against ambitious growth objectives. •Engage with business decision makers at executive level across lines of business and functions at large Enterprise customers •Be the lead sales executive and manage client requests within a nimble and small organization from client to product to engineering, and drive results and consensus selling internally •Provide assistance to identified customers with sales training and work closely with assigned pre-sales engineer Requirements •10+ years sales experience with growing sales management responsibility •2-5 years in Enterprise B2B SaaS selling •Experienced in selling complex solutions •Ability to leave ego at the door and work in an experienced start up team environment with a strong hands-on mindset •Knowledge of the following technologies: SaaS, SCM – AI / BI a plus •Strong understanding of the following segments: Automotive, Machine Building, Automation •Strong presentation skills and the executive maturity to engage with senior business leaders •Strong English and German skills. Third language is a big plus. •Applicants must already be eligible to work in the EU
